For spring/summer 2022, Berghaus has strengthened its core range with a selection of new apparel, footwear and packs, including important extensions to its women’s specific offer. Delivering a lightweight, packable and versatile collection, highlights include new performance shells, legwear, men’s and women’s specific daysacks, and multi-activity footwear.
APPAREL
Paclite Dynak (men’s and women’s) - £160
No nonsense and with all of the essentials, this new lightweight, packable waterproof is the ideal hardshell for long summer days on the trails. Made out of extremely breathable GORE-TEX Paclite with a PFC-free DWR, the jacket has an adjustable hood with stiffened peak, adjustable hem and cuffs, easy-access zipped pockets, articulated sleeves, and a water resistant YKK front zip.
Embira Skort (women’s) - £65
Highly breathable, quick drying and very comfortable, this versatile skort is ideal for a wide range of warmer weather outdoor activities. The bluesign® approved four-way stretch fabric is very breathable, dries quickly and wicks moisture away from the skin, and includes a PFC-free DWR finish. Other useful features include easy to reach stash and security pockets, and the material is over 50% recycled.
Embira Leggings (women’s) - £70
The Embira leggings bring fabric performance, breathability and comfort together in one product. Four-way stretch, great wicking, breathability, comfort next to the skin, weather resistance, and quick drying – the sustainable high performance fabric delivers all of that. Berghaus has added some design touches and really useful features, including two stash pockets in the waist and two thigh pockets.
Senke Stretch Short (men’s) - £50
Stretchy, lightweight and comfortable, these extremely versatile shorts excel during summer hikes and a wide mix of other outdoor adventures. Features like wind and water resistance, sun protection, two front hand pockets, a rear pocket with a hidden zipped security pocket, and a chalkbag loop, all add up to make these into hugely versatile shorts. The elasticated waist has a stretch drawcord and cordlock for easy adjustment, and the bluesign® approved fabric has a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) finish.
FOOTWEAR
VC22 Mid GTX (men’s and women’s) and VC22 GTX - £160/£140
The new VC22 multi-activity footwear is packed with features and performance for tackling the trails with confidence all year round. The VC22 Mid GTX provides great support and security, with a knit collar for extra comfort. The VC22 GTX shoes are lightweight and extremely versatile. Features on both include a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort liner, Berghaus’ unique OPTI-STUD® VIBRAM® four-piece sole unit for outstanding, durable grip at all times, and an Orthlolite® footbed to provide additional cushioning for long days on the hills.

Remote Hike 35 (men’s and women’s specific styles) and Remote Hike 25 (unisex) - £95/£75
The new Remote Hike 35 has got the capacity and features for a long day on the trail and Berghaus has carefully thought through every detail, from access to the main compartment, to the size and position of the many pockets, and the numerous other practical features. The adjustable back systems have been designed specifically for the male or female form and will carry a full and stable load in comfort all day long. The smaller unisex Remote Hike 25 has a fixed, breathable back system and is also loaded with plenty of features and storage options for long days on the hill.
