CamelBak®, the global leader in personal hydration products known for hydrating outdoor enthusiasts and athletes for 35 years, has announced the launch of the new Thrive Flip Straw and Thrive Chug, a line of reusable and sustainable outdoor and everyday bottles.

Available to consumers from spring 2025, the new bottles are part of the Thrive Collection, a universal solution for hydration needs of all volumes, ranging from the classic Camp Mug to the Tumbler Mug or the Tumblers to the new Flip Straw and Chug bottles.

The new Thrive Flip Straw and Thrive Chug are durable, and comfortable to hold, carry and to drink from. They feature 100% leak proof caps, with two different drinking interfaces.

All bottles are available in a vacuum stainless steel (VSS) version, featuring integrated silicon bumpers. A strong and durable full powder coat finish keeps drinks tasting great, while the double-wall vacuum insulation helps them stay hot or cold for hours on end.

The new design of the Thrive Flip Straw and Thrive Chug have been engineered to be easy to use and stylish. Whether out for a walk and hydrating on the trails, or on the road to the next meeting, the new products offer an excellent drinking experience.

THRIVE FLIP STRAW AND THRIVE CHUG: DRINK AS YOU LIKE IT

Thrive Flip Straw and Thrive Chug bottle lines will fully replace CamelBak’s current outdoor and everyday bottle range.

The Flip Straw model features a straw and a new EasyFlow Valve: flip it and sip, it is as simple as that.

The new cap’s mouthpiece cover protects the valve from dirt, dust and germs: whenever needed, it simply needs putting in place with one hand.

The EasyFlow Valve has been engineered to allow for a simplified drinking experience: it is easy to flip, and drink from, easy to remove, clean and put back into place. The new Flip Straw bottle comes with a soft pivoting handle that will allow for a comfortable carry, wherever it goes. It is user-friendly, easy to remove, and dishwasher safe.

The new Flip Straw bottle is available in a vacuum stainless-steel model and a Tritan Renew version. Made through a unique process that breaks down plastic waste back into its basic chemical building blocks, Tritan Renew is an Eastman patented plastic material that boasts up to 50% certified recycled content.

Thrive Flip Straw capacities include 1.2, 1l, 750m and 600ml for the VSS version and 1l, 750ml or 600ml for the Tritan Renew models.

The Chug bottle will grant an effortless and easy on-the-go hydration experience. The new spout cap flips and automatically stays in open position: push it back and it stays in place. The easy close spout will make sure the bottle is 100% leak proof, while the new soft pivoting handle allows for the easy carry of the bottle. The whole new cap is designed to be fully disassembled to keep clean.

Thrive Chug comes in a vacuum stainless-steel version and a Tritan Renew model. Capacities are 1.2l, 1l, 750ml and 600ml for the VSS versions, and 1.5l, 1l, 750m, or 600ml for the Tritan Renew models.

All of the new bottle caps are universal across CamelBak’s 2025 and 2024 bottle lines.

CamelBak always emphasises cleanability and purity: the new Flip Straw and Chug are 100% lead-free and BPA, BPS and BPF-free. All bottles are dishwasher safe.

Thrive Flip Straw and Thrive Chug will hit the market in spring 2025 and will be available online on camelbak.co.uk and at key retailers, sporting goods and specialist outdoor stores in the UK.
