Last year, Nikwax unveiled its new look labels that clearly communicated the features and benefits of its products. To further promote the brand’s environmental commitment Nikwax has gone one step further by including clear ‘sustainability’ icons on the packaging. This move further strengthens the brand’s position as the global leader in environmentally safe, PFAS-Free aftercare solutions.
In addition to the sustainability icons, the ‘Green for clean’ and ‘Purple for proof’ coloured bottle tops remain.
Nikwax CEO, Brian Davidson explains: ‘We know that sustainability is a growing concern of consumers as part of the purchasing decision, that’s why we have developed new icons for our products which clearly communicate some of the ways in which we minimise our impact on the environment.’
Nikwax has always taken the lead in sustainability and has never used PFAS in its products. The brand continues to encourage consumers and the industry to move away from the use of these ‘forever chemicals’.
